Ash was crushed by Miraya's death. The school heard that she had died in a car accident but most believed it was suicide. Besides, everyone knew Tsuchiya and Miraya were in love with each other. But unlike the rest of them, Ash knew how Miraya died and it killed him. So he went to his aunt's office, going to ask for a temporary release. He was goddamned depressed and right then, all he wanted was to be away from the sadness. And it wasn't just him. The students were being suspicious and very superstitious and afraid of the school. Supposed accidents were happening everywhere. "Hey, aunt Mi?" He walked in, you could tell he wasn't in the slightest himself.
