He walked. That is all there was to do nowadays. They were all gone. No teachers or students. Just him. All Alone, in an empty school of frozen memories and places. Nothing moved. The clocks had stopped long ago. His friends had gone, along with his enemies, and those who could have been either.
The dust would never collect at this crossroads in the fabrics of the universe. It was incapable of that one thing. Time may move onward, But it would do so without this now quiet corner of existence.
